Copper Nickel 70/30 Welded Tube (ASTM B543)
Our Copper Nickel 70/30 Welded Tube and Cupro Nickel 70/30 ERW Tube conform to ASTM B543 and ASME SB543 standards. Welded tubes are a cost-effective alternative to seamless for larger diameters and lower-pressure Condenser Tube, Evaporator Tube, and marine cooling applications. ASTM B111 is the primary specification for Condenser Tube and Heat Exchanger Tube applications using UNS C71500 and other copper-nickel alloys. ASTM B552 covers general requirements for seamless and welded copper alloy heat exchanger tubing.
