Lakshya International is involved in the manufacturing and specification of the Aluminium Hex Bar. The Aluminium Hex Bar is solid in a wide range of corrosive media applications. Lakshya International manufactures Aluminium cast iron using high quality manufacturing and equipment in our state-of-the-art factory. We use the highest quality of materials available in the production of Aluminium hexagonal bars that meet national and international requirements. Lakshya International has established a name and company for the compatibility of our products. We also receive customer orders from our customers at Lakshya International and manufacture Aluminium hexagonal which fulfills the expectations and requirements of our customers.
These are made majorly from aluminum but it has minor content of zinc, iron, and carbon. The tensile strength and mechanical strength of these bars are much higher in their category. These bars can withstand unconditional variations in temperature. Their physical strength remains intact at very high temperatures.
Aluminium Alloy 2017 Hex Bar is used in many industries because of the properties which the hex bars is holding. The properties are there because of the presence of aluminium alloy contents. Corrosion resistance, pitting corrosion resistance, and crevice corrosion resistance are some of the properties which the hex bars are holding because of carbon and chromium content.
The Aluminium 3003 Hex Bar is inheriting several properties for working in the industrial environment. However, the properties which are there in the hex bars are because of the presence of various alloying elements. Our complete range of Aluminium Alloy 5052 Hex bar is strictly designed by effectively using superior quality of alloy AA 5052. Also, we consider industry standards like AMS, UNS, etc when making it. And thus it tends to offer many good attributes in it.
Aluminium 7075 Hex Bar is suitable for variant finishing works like power-coated, PVDF coated, wood grain painting, matted, etc. Also, it is available in temper ranges from H12, T6 T651 T6511, H16, H18, H22, H24, H26, H32, and H112. Hence, they are widely used in the home as well as office appliances manufacturing.
Alloy 7050 also has great resisting features to corrosion, oxidation, pitting, stress cracking, and crevices. They have great tensile as well as yield strengths.
The 6082 aluminium alloy is used to make these bars. It is mainly made of the wrought aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy family. These bars are among the least commonly used in this collection. Aluminium is heavily alloyed with silicon and magnesium is heavily alloyed with iron.
