Detailed Information
Titanium Grade 2 / 5 / 3 / 7 Flanges are made and supplied by Lakshya International, a market-leading producer and retailer. Because of the excellent quality of the Flanges that we offer, our ASTM B564 Titanium Grade 2 / 5 / 3 / 7 Flanges have gained a reputation in the industry. Lakshya International uses only the highest-quality materials to make Titanium Grade 2 / 5 / 3 / 7 Flanges that follow national and international quality requirements. Lakshya International has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that is fitted with all of the requisite modern machinery and technology to manufacture bulk orders of ASTM B564 Grade 2 / Grade 5 / Grade 3 & Grade 7 Flanges in different sizes and dimensions. Lakshya International aims to have the highest degree of consumer loyalty for its products. For our clients, we also produce custom-sized orders.
Our manufactured Flanges are mainly focusing on the requirements of the industry. We, Lakshya international, are manufacturing these Titanium Gr2 Weld Neck Flanges with extra benefits and features to satisfy the industrial needs and demand. The production of Titanium Gr 2 Flanges is done according to various international and national standards. The product in the global market is appreciated because of various good attributes. It is of superior quality, has good finishing, high tensile strength, excellent dimensional accuracy, durability, long-lasting, and corrosion resistance. The flanges are provided to buyers at various specifications, dimensions, and thicknesses and as per the requirements of buyers. Also, it is to global buyers at reasonable rates.
Titanium Gr 5 Flanges are being used in applications that are able to manage 400 degreesCelsius. It has a chemical configuration of six per cent of aluminium, four per cent of vanadium, 0.25 per cent of (extreme) iron, 0.2 percent of (supreme) oxygen, and the rest titanium.Amongst its several advantages, it is heat improvable. Further, these are accessible to our valuable customers in different ranges of diameters, wall thicknesses and sizes at quite affordable rates.
Ti Gr.3 Pipe Flanges is the best strength to weight ratio of any corrosion-resistant material, which possesses good weldability, strength, ductility and formability. Gr.3 Ti Flanges offers excellent corrosion resistance, superior formability and strength between Titanium grade 1 and Titanium grade 3. Meanwhile, these Gr.3 Ti Pipe Flanges undergo an allotropic transformation from the hexagonal close-packed alpha phase to the body-centered cubic beta phase at a temperature of 882.5 Degree C (1620.5 Degree F). Titanium Alloy Grade3 Flanges can also be used for parts requiring strength up to 400 Degree F and oxidation resistance to 600 Degree F.
Titanium Gr. 7 Pipe Flanges can combat corrosion by reducing acids, which is eventually composed of Carbon (0.08 %), Nitrogen (0.03%), Oxygen (0.25%), Hydrogen (0.015%), Palladium (0.12-0.25%), and Iron (0.30%). Titanium Grade 7 Pipe Flanges is highly cost efficient because of an attractive application to price ratio, and durability (relatively longer life). Titanium Grade 7 Flanges contain 0.12 to 0.25% Palladium, which is similar to Grade 2. As the most corrosion resistant of all currently available titanium alloys, Grade 7 Titanium Flanges is especially well suited to applications requiring resistance. Grade 7 Titanium Pipe Flanges has a high tensile strength almost equal to those of several low density alloys, but is approximately 40% lighter than them.

Difference Between 316 and 316L Stainless Steel
316 and 316L stainless steel are both excellent at resisting corrosion. The main difference is that 316L has lower carbon content, making it better for welding and high-temperature environments. While both are strong and durable, 316L is often preferred for welding...
