Alloy 75 is an 80/20 nickel-chromium alloy with controlled carbon and titanium additions. The alloy is easily fabricated and welded. UNS N06075 can be forged at 2230 to 1750 ° F (1220 to 950 ° C) and then air-cooled. Nimonic 75 has good mechanical properties and resistance to oxidation at high temperatures. Normally Nimonic 75 round bars are used, which require oxidation resistance and scaling together with medium strength at high operating temperatures, as in the case of sheet metal fabrication .W.Nr. 2.4951 is also used in industrial furnace components, gas turbine engines, for the heat treatment of equipment and fixtures, and in nuclear engineering.

UNS N07080 Bar can be hot forged at temperatures in the range 982-1176 ° C (1800-2150 ° F). 80A alloy can be hot worked in a temperature range of 1050-1200 ° C (1920-2190 ° F).

Nimonic® 90 is also called Pyromet 90, Superimphy 90 and Udimet 90. Its high temperature creep resistance up to about 950 ° C (1740 ° F). Nimonic Alloy 90 is typically used in applications such as hot work tools, turbine blades, exhaust gas heaters, cup springs and high-temperature springs. Nimonic 99 is heat-treated by annealing at 1080 ° C (1975 ° F).
