Nickel 201 Hex Bars offers excellent corrosion resistance in reducing and neutral media as well as in oxidizing atmospheres, provided the oxidizing media allows the formation of a passive oxide film. With nominal base stiffness and work processing rate, Nickel 200 Hexagonal Bars is suitable for cold forging. Nickel ASTM A276 200 Hex Bar has the ability to resist all dry gases at room temperature settings. In fact, the UNS N02200 Nickel 200 Hex Bar is also able to resist dry chlorine as well as hydrogen chloride. Therefore, the Nickel 200 ASTM B160 Hex Bar could be used in environments, where the temperature could rise up to 550C.
