They are known for their excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation, thanks to their composition of 56% nickel, 22% chromium, and 13% molybdenum, along with other elements like iron, tungsten, and cobalt. These bars, also known as UNS N06022, offer strong mechanical properties and are versatile in their use. With a tensile strength of at least 690 MPa and yield strength of 310 MPa, Hastelloy C22 Round Bars can withstand extreme pressures and high temperatures. They are highly strong, capable of stretching up to 45% of their original length, and have a density of about 8.69 g/cm³.
