Detailed Information
Lakshya International specializes in the production of large calibre Aluminium welded pipes. Among other things, the Aluminium welded pipes we produce are common due to their excellent quality. At Lakshya International, we are a well-equipped manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art technology that enables us to produce industry-recognized Aluminium Welded piping. At Lakshya International, we believe in customer service, therefore we strive to meet our customers’ price and quantity requirements and aspirations. Our huge inventory helps to deliver bulk orders to our customers quickly. We sell our products to various countries around the world and store our Aluminium welded pipes inappropriate wooden crates to avoid damage to our products during transport. We also attach all the required documents to our packaging. Some of the documents we provide with our Aluminium welded piping are raw material certificate, 100% radiographic test report, third party inspection report etc.
The corrosion is a common result of working under the presence of chemicals like acetic acids, nitric acids, organic acids, chlorine, sulfur, and hydrogen. But our Aluminium Alloy 1100 Welded Pipe doesn’t get damaged through these chemicals. the Aluminium Alloy 2014 Welded Pipe is commercially used besides having industrial importance. The common industries where these Welded Pipes are required- paper and pulp, power plants, thermal plants, boiler sugar, chemical processing plants, pressure vessel, marine industries, textile, and engineering. Aluminium Alloy 2014 Welded Pipes are not prone to much wear and tear. This is a kind of aluminum remains safe even in long distance transport. These Welded Pipes are characterized by their uniform thickness and evenness. Aluminium Alloy 2017 Welded Pipe has the standard quality and different grades that offer the Welded Pipe amazing machinability, durability, and decent strength. This Welded Pipe even has some of the other qualities such as resistance from the entire general corrosions, hardness, and fair workability. Aluminium 3003 Welded Pipe has the amazing quality of rigidity, formability, flexibility, welding, workability, machinability, high stretching, weldability, and protection from the barometrical erosions as well.
The corrosion resistance of alloy 5005 Welded Pipe relies on a surface and the name of that surface is an oxide film, which is helpful for the reaction of aluminium and oxygen. Aluminium is basically a reactive metal, so it may corrode very fast when it is in the contact of electricity and most other metals. Chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, silicon, titanium, zinc, and aluminium are used to make Aluminium Alloy 5083 Welded Pipe. These metals are mixed in various quantities to give them the best finish, allowing them to be used in a variety of applications and establishing it as a top industry commodity. Aluminium Alloy 6061 is the alloy that is sensitive to high-temperature applications. However, this is the alloy which is tending to lose strength at some point. The alloy is exposed to use in temperatures like 200 to 250 degree C.
The Aluminium 6063 Welded Pipe, is available to the clients even with different properties that it holds. However, corrosion resistance, pitting corrosion resistance, crevice corrosion resistance, and others are some of the properties which the Welded Pipes are holding. The chemical structure is made up of components like zinc, copper, silicon, manganese, magnesium, titanium, chromium, and aluminium. It is also continuing with the combination of silicon and magnesium as majority contributors to the alloy makeup.
Aluminium Alloy 7050 Welded Pipe has other attributes like elasticity, weldability, malleability and rust resisting. These alloy bars are good to work under high-pressures, high-stressing and high-temperature jobs. It has the highest elongation range of 11%. They show moderate yield as well as tensile strengths. Also, they have a maximum melting point at 494 degrees Celsius (or 420 degrees Fahrenheit). It has a melting point starting from 532 degrees Celsius and can go to the maximum limit of 635 degrees Celsius. Moreover, it has a minimum elongation range at 11% and reaches to the maximum limit of 13%. Also, they have some remarkable characteristics like good plasticity, durability, malleability, electrical conductivity, and weldability.
