ASTM A335 GRADE P9 SEAMLESS PIPE

Transformers and electric motors utilize the magnetic property of the P11 Alloy Steel Welded Pipe Composition and the ferromagnetic characteristics of the material become important in such applications. The chromium content improves the oxidation resistance of the AS P11 Grade Material and the pipes could be used under high oxidizing conditions as well as high temperatures. The elasticity, wear resistance and the strength are due to the molybdenum addition to the pipes.
